Returns may be requested for eligible items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the order placed. For hygiene and product-care reasons, items that show signs of wear, tampering, alteration, or misuse may not qualify.

Customized jewellery, clearance items, gift cards, and products damaged after delivery are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law. Earrings and other personal-wear items may be restricted for hygiene reasons if opened or used.

After your request is reviewed, Greenarc may ask for photos, unboxing evidence, or additional order information. Approved returns will be inspected after receipt. Refunds, replacements, store credit, or partial refunds may be issued depending on item condition and the nature of the issue.
